The initial product release includes a library of three, voice-enabled status boards which are installed as part of the WebEOC® software implementation. These boards are linked to hosted interactive voice response (IVR) software and telephony services.
Boards provided as part of the initial release include:
Shelter Status Board. This board supports update of shelter occupancy status including bed availability, accommodations for special needs populations and pet sheltering. A voice message recording additional information about operating conditions, facility needs, or envoronmental conditions can be tagged to entries.
Structure Status Board. This board supports monitoring and updating of the physical condition and public facilities (e.g., schools, hospitals, emergency operations centers, police and fire departments, and municipal buildings).
Personnel Status Board. This board enables personnel to update their status, availability and presence at pre-defined locations, report beginning and end of work shifts or assigned tasks, and indicate availability for assignment or deployment. At the same time, the board allows EOC or other management personnel to monitor location, size and availability of workforce. This board may also be configured to monitor non-personnel assets which may be shared by facilities or staged at different locations.
Upon installation of the Board Library, status boards are configured to recognize voice prompts defined by the customer, and link to the interactive voice response (IVR) services. The Board Library is ready to use as soon as initial configuration is completed.
